Quality assurance system is being followed in both the units  and Total Quality Management is being introduced to steamline all the procedures and practices to achieve high degree of efficiency  in the operations. Constan efforts are made for the improvement of materials, technology and eqiupment. Development of  manpower is being given special attention.

Required inspection process are extensive and include visual and dimensional inspection,  pressure test,  verification  of  chemical composition,  radiography and  destructive tests for confirmation of specified  safety factors of stem nut-stem-wedge connection at axial load.
